How it works

From the cloth your client picks to a suit with your label in it

Four steps. One piece is enough to start, and every suit is cut to one client's measurements.

A jacket front opened on a dress form to show a half canvas: the canvas layer runs through the chest and lapel and stops above the waist.
  1. Choose the cloth

There are four routes, and you can mix them across orders.

    • Held in Shanghai 162 Zegna styles (99 Trofeo, 63 Traveller) and 40 Vitale Barberis Canonico Four Seasons styles. Production starts when the order is confirmed.
    • Special order Name the mill, the bunch and the reference. We order the cloth in against your confirmed job. The mill's own lead time comes first.
    • Our house book Corsini LANA Four Seasons, 85 fabrics in 280 g four-season Australian merino.
    • Your own cloth Send it to us and we make it up. CMT starts at 100 USD per two-piece suit.
  2. Send the measurements

You measure your client in your shop and enter the figures on our online ordering platform. It works in five languages and has 47 measurement fields, 31 of them required.

For a first order, height and weight are enough to start, even for a client you cannot see. The platform suggests sizes. Do not confirm them until you have checked them against what you know about the client.

    How measuring works

  3. Pick the construction and the label

Choose fused, half canvas or full canvas for each suit. Half canvas, full package, starts at 185 USD.

Your own label goes inside the garment. The label also states the country of origin, so your client can see where the suit was made.

  4. We make it and ship it

Production takes 14 days from the confirmed order. Shipping time and cost come on top.

We ship to your shop, or straight to your client's hotel, home or office, anywhere in the world, under your brand name. You pay import duties at your own country's rate.

What to have ready

  • The cloth: a mill and reference from our held books, a special-order reference, or your own length.
  • Your client's measurements, or his height and weight to start.
  • The construction: fused, half canvas or full canvas.
  • Your label, if you want it in the suit.
  • The delivery address: your shop or your client.

Starting small

Test us with one suit

The minimum order is one piece. Put one client in one suit, check the cut, the canvas and the finish, and decide from there. You do not need to commit to a volume or hold stock.

Our workshop in Shanghai makes about 3,000 suits a month, roughly 1,500 for Europe and 1,500 for the US. A single order goes through the same line as everything else.

Next step

Tell us the cloth your client wants

Tell us the mill, the construction and how many suits you sell. We reply with a quote and the next step. One piece is enough to start.
